Summary: Stored views do you very little good if you can’t figure out how to use them again. This tip explains just how easy it is to recall a view that you previously stored. (This tip works with Microsoft Excel 97, Excel 2000, Excel 2002, and Excel 2003.)
Once you have defined the views for a worksheet, you can use them to look at your information in different ways quickly. To select different views, follow these steps:
